“Hi, I’m Alvin Mawuntu! 

I'm a BBA Marketing graduate from Andrews University, Life Group Director for Praxis Ministry, self-published author How to Become Confident, and an entrepreneur with a relentless drive to succeed. I love basketball. Growing up as the smallest player on the basketball court taught me an important lesson—if I wanted to win, I had to outwork everyone. That mindset of perseverance and pushing beyond limits has been my foundation, not just in sports but in life. Today, I bring that same energy and passion to Prime Packers, where exceeding expectations is the norm. I’m thrilled to share my journey with you and look forward to what’s next.

He manages recruitment, onboarding, and team development while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect. His calm and reliable presence helps ensure every team member feels supported and aligned with the company’s mission.

Asher Odhiambo - Digital Analyst & Operations Manager

Asher specializes in leveraging digital tools and data analysis to optimize business operations and growth. He monitors key performance metrics, analyzes digital trends, and develops data-driven strategies to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, and online presence. In addition to his analytical role, he provides regional oversight by coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

OUR HISTORY

Founded in October 2021 in Berrien Springs, MI, PRIME PACKERS ™ is led by Alvin Mawuntu, bringing over 10 years of experience to the moving industry.

The journey began humbly in Alvin’s bedroom, with a simple idea and a lot of determination. Early work came through small moves for a local flooring company and Alvin’s brother, which helped establish the foundation of the business. Seeking to grow, Alvin approached local real estate agents, but the road wasn’t easy—many initial attempts were met with rejection. Despite the challenges, persistence led to small wins, and over time, these began to snowball into steady momentum.

Recruiting movers became one of the most difficult hurdles. Alvin turned to his network of basketball and football teammates to find reliable help. This approach worked, and he later developed a system where movers would recruit others, creating a sustainable cycle that fueled the company’s growth.

What started as a small operation in a bedroom has grown into a thriving business. Today, PRIME PACKERS ™ reflects the resilience, hard work, and lessons of those early days, standing as a trusted and reliable name in the moving industry.
